How does one register the component? If I use 2.80 - I can register using regsvr32 without any problems - but if I try to register libgfl340.dll - I get this error:
The DllRegister Server entry point was not found.
So how does one register this "new" version?

I'm also trying to open a .ECW file - but when trying to open in XNview, I get a "format of the file 2013.ecw could not be determined".
I just installed the extended version which should have .ECW support...but it doesn't appear to be so?!?
