MP 0.31 Win - Startup dir - minor issue

- set startup dir to "Specified" (A)
- go to different dir (B)
- restart xnview
= browser dir - thumbs are OK (A), but in mini-toolbar dir field is the last dir (B)

I may not be able to pinpoint the problem exactly at the moment, but there still has to be something wrong with the syschronization between browser/viewer and also the PathBrowser/History entries in the Start section of xnview.ini.
