Custom Preview information pane tab & Properties tab

This request has been inspired by this suggestion.

Fully customizable Preview information pane tab and Properties tab. With the options similar, or same as in Options > Browser > Thumbnails > Thumbnails Label + few more - file specific info (e.g. mp3 bitrate, id3 tag info, video length, width, height) - all this info is currently displayed in Proberties tab of Preview dialog + perhaps a category, rating, colour label...

Perhaps there could be a drop-down menu, or options with 'radio' buttons for Thumbnail Label / Custom preview info tab / Custom properties dialog tab.

Then, quite important option, or by default - remember last selected tab (custom, or another) in preview / properties dialog, on xnview close. This has been requested also separately here.

New suggestions:

- show also the map (more here)

- show the customizable Preview information pane tab also in fullscreen as auto-hide pane
