GPS metadata overlay icon

I've seen there's no GPS icon yet for info1.bmp it would be nice to have one.

I guess you mean the toolbar icon for "Open GPS location in Google", right?

When reading your request I wonder whether a special Info icon for GPS data would be useful. The GPS info icon would indicate that there is GPS location stored in the EXIF info.

In this case, why not also for some others important Embedded data like:
ICC profile
and so...

Maybe a custom choose can be made by the user, to show for example only the overlay icon in thumbnail view :
( EXIF - IPTC - ICC - Embedded Thumbnails - GPS - Rotate ) or else ... ?

Yes, i can add GPS & ICC. For GPS, i need to read EXIF and search if GPS fields are here...

You can also search in XMP if GPS data is not stored in EXIF anymore (much slower)
