Updating common dialogs

I would love it if the common dialogs could be changed to use the style of whatever version of Windows you were using. Like right now it is using the XP style even in Vista/Win7. For those that don't know what I mean, common dialogs are the file open/save/etc windows. The reason I would like them to be implemented is because I believe the Vista era version is much easier to use and provides a better interface.

Yup. The new Vista/7 dialogs are an enormous improvement.
