Mouse wheel left/right functions

I know, the side buttons are not working good yet, but the new standard is here - mouse wheel left/right. In web browsers and documents it's used to scroll horizontally.

I suggest to add support for wheel left/right, it should be configurable, as mouse wheel.

Right, I'm using wheel left/right all the time, in browsers to toggle tabs, in mp3 player to change track etc.

In XnView - browser, thumbnails view, I'm using it to go to previous/next folder, I don't need to go up, select [..] item, press Enter, press right, and press Enter again, I can do it all with the wheel. It's amazingly fast, very useful, I'm using HotkeyP, if anyone cares:

Hot key: Mouse Left
Command: Command to active window
Parameters: 336 xnview.exe&XmainClass

Hot key: Mouse Right
Command: Command to active window
Parameters: 337 xnview.exe&XmainClass

In view mode and fullscreen it might be used to zoom (wheel up/down to switch to prev./next image). This is not possible using HotkeyP, because XnView is using the same Window class for browser and view mode.
