Trouble Saving multi page tiff file...

I'm sorry if this has been addressed, searched and couldnt find it. However, When I'm saving a multipage .TIF file that has been faxed using Captaris, Im getting the warning. Be careful, the original image consists of multiple pages, only the current page will be saved. Do you want to continue OK/Cancel. I'm simply adding text and resaving the file, but it is only saving the page that i'm currently viewing. Am i doing something wrong or do i need to change the settings. Here are the file settings for the faxed in file.
