set selection size

This is a great program - very useful thank you. I have one query which is when I use the view panel and go to 'Edit' then 'Set Selection Size' then 'Custom Selection' and set it to 200 pixels by 200 pixels and then 'Save Selection as Custom' when I change the photo and press 'C' to select the saved selection size again it is no longer 200 x 200 pixels. Am I doing something wrong here.

To measure size, it uses dpi info.
