I don't now how - but I lost my Preview in browser-mode. I can see only the background-color (and can change it), but I see no image and no tabs. On left I have my folder-tree, right-up is my file-list, and right-down there is a great empty area.
When I select "View - Preview Pane", then the upper section of the sub-menu is grey and disabled.
After renaming the xnview.ini it works fine, but I want to know the reason of this behaviour.

Re: Lost my preview in Browser
Hmm, hard to say which setting causes this "problem". Perhaps in menu "Tools > Options" | category "Browser > File List" you have unchecked the checkboxes in the column "Show in preview" (German: Werkzeuge > Optionen | Browser > Dateien | Vorschau anzeigen").
I guess fasted way to analyze your problem would be by posting your xnview.ini file.

Re: Lost my preview in Browser
In your xnview.ini the preview for custom files and images are unchecked. Please check the appropriate checkboxes (see my previous post) and you will see your images in the preview of the browser, again.

Thanks Helmut
I supposed it was a user-defined-problem
