Display time with seconds - hh:mm:ss

Newbie question maybe ...
but I'd like to have the time also displaying the seconds.
Right now the date-time is displayed as dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm (Exif: Date digitized)

I know that ACDSee displays the seconds
So I guess it is in the Exif ?

XnView allows users to customize the date/time format for tooltips, thumbnail labels and fullscreen information overlay individually.

You can edit the variable to something like this:

• <Date Digitized [d.m.Y H:M:S]>
