Assume I am in "View" mode and let XnView show a *.jpg picture which is the only one in the current directory.
Then I press the DEL key so that the current picture is deleted from hard disk.
Much to my surprise XnView still shows this picture.
When other pictures are in current directory then it shows the next one.
This is ok.
But if it is the last one and user delets it then it should be removed visually in "View" mode and only the background should be presented.
Auto-returning to Gallery-Mode would be acceptable as well if it is the LAST picture.
How can I achieve this?
Maybe this is a bug and should be changed in the next release.
Thank you
Peter

Re: How to show only background after deleting current, last pic?
This is really confusing.
If I press DEL and the current picture does not disappear.
I am sure it is not difficult to implement a "show simple grey background if last pictures in folder is deleted".
Could add this in the next version?
