Are you using XnView Classic or XnView MP?

If you're actually using XnView MP, the xnview.ini location can be opened using:

Tools > Settings... > Integration > Paths -- Open Config Files Location

If you're using XnView Classic, the support section you've posted in, you may find Tools > Options > System integration -- Integration helpful, although it doesn't provide a direct way to open the xnview.ini location, but a Google search for your version of Windows may point you to the likely Roaming location.

cday gave helpful information, already. Perhaps this can also be useful:

In XnView Classic and XnView MP, the location of the .ini file is displayed in the About dialog.
XnView Classic: Info > About XnView...
XnView MP: Help > About

Please note that the path may not be fully displayed but by selecting it using the mouse you can select the full path.
