Illegal path shown in options-thumbnails-cache

I had a closer look at options-thumbnails-cache-cached directories. There are paths like V:\dir (correct) and also like V:\\dir (illegal path). No idea how it comes... Screenshot at http://yfrog.com/7820091023xnview196cachelp

Yes, i had similar path, but now i can't reproduce...
