bug in filelisting

I tried using the filelisting feature of XNVIEW (1.96.1) on a winXP-SP3 system.
If I select eg header/filename/size/date/Exif date/prperties/description all goes well , as can be seen by
next Notepad output:

If I on the other hand do not select date then the EXIF data field gets scrambled:

If I look at my original posting I see that the listing
doesn't look scrambled,
It seems that the illegal chars of the listing output
weren't copied to the message, I should have posted a screendump-image.
