new APNG bug in 1.97.1

In Firefox, this is a pretty old apng bug:

It will be fixed in Firefox 3.7 , explanation here:

I'm surprised to see that XnView 1.97.1 shows the same problem.

It was fine in 1.97

All previous versions are fine.

It's only buggy in 1.97.1
