Keyboard change of the control state is not synchronized

In "Rotate" transformation parameters panel when changing the scroller position with a keyboard (left/right) the value in text field is not updated.
Steps to reproduce:

• For any image call "Batch Processing" (Ctrl-U)
• Add "Image -> Rotate" transformation
• Focus the scroller with a mouse and press left/right keyboard buttons

Result: The textfield with scroller value is not updated.
Expected: The textfield is synchronized with a scrollbar.

This example shows the scroller value is positive, while text field has value "-90":
