Median Box filter does not change selected part of pic

but puts the applied effect to a wrong part of the picture

Median Cross works correctly

Confirmed -- the X coordinate of the applied effect is 0, the Y coordinate is correct.

And the same is true for XnViewMP...

Has no-one ever used this effect before??
