EET (UTC+02:00) and EEST (UTC+03:00) for me.

maybe this "summer daylight saving time" is culprit in this case?

I´ve the same issue with 2.25 version, using W7 32bits. I tried with 2.03 version on the same computer and works fine. In my case 2.25 version subtracts 1 hour.

Same problem here (http://newsgroup.xnview.com/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=31148).
Timezone is CET (GMT+1). Automatic change to summer time is set to on in Windows.

So far I didn´t notice any problems. Can´t say when it was the last time I used that feature and with which version.
