Hi.
I've discovered that the "previous/next file" command stopped working in 2.36 version in specific situation:
1. Get a folder with two or more images (in whatever supported graphic format)
2. Change extensions for all these files to something like .aaa or .bbb
3. Disable "recognize only by extension" option
4. Close all XnView instance and open one of these files directly by XnView (not from XnView browser mode)
5. "previous/next file" buttons are active but not working
6. Press Enter to switch to Browser mode
7. Close tab with image and press Enter again
8. "previous/next file" commands are working
Please fix.

Was it working before?
From your description I made a conclusion that you wish to have feature like the one I asked for too http://newsgroup.xnview.com/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=32364

My mistake. This didn't work in previous versions.
It would be so great if XnView could do this in future versions.
