[Fixed] Exif Information In French and not English

When viewing a photo when I press Alt+Enter to get the EXIF information up, it's all in French and not been translated into English like in previous versions.

@stevvie: Exit XnView, open xnview.ini (the one that came with XnView-beta1.zip) and delete the Language=fr line in the [Start] section. That's what did it for me.

Thanks Deleting the Language=fr line did the trick.
