B3: Canvas BG colour bug…

Hello :

• I noticed that issue following the steps :

1. Open any *.PNG 8 BPP having a solid BG,

2. Ask for enlarge the canvas, having previously set the current appropriate BG colour in the Canvas dialogue,

3. Run the command :

• The added area is transparent, the stated BG colour is ignored !

• Below, an original small picture and the same with an enlarged canvas :

- The stated BG colour is alright RGB 255-255-213…

• Moreover, XnView shows “32 BPP”, while GFIE shows “8 BPP” - the image contains 28 colours only.
