I tried to set IPTC values, but I do not understand ...
- the basic syntax and
- if I can combine tag: nconvert TAG value TAG value TAG value ...
- or if I need a single command for each tag and
- if I have to use 'quotes' or "double quotes"

Is it possible to create a new output file? The input-file should stay unchanged, the output is based on the input PLUS IPTC.
