{File Index} should take into account folders?

{File Index} should take into account folders?
I have a folder with 2 folders, and the first image has an index of 4/35, it seems to be taking into account the "green arrow" that access to the parent directory and the other two folders. I think it would be nice to have another option to only take into account the existing files.

Yes, in the box that appears in the fullscreen, in Settings => View => Info
also, is there any way to remove the green arrow?
