Missing screen capture modes

Why is the "active window" option greyed out, and why is the [specific window] option missing, in the capture dialog? These are by far the most useful capture options, and their absence is the biggest barrier preventing me from replacing regular xnview with MP.

Why is the "active window" option greyed out, and why is the [specific window] option missing, in the capture dialog? These are by far the most useful capture options, and their absence is the biggest barrier preventing me from replacing regular xnview with MP.

I dunno. ...but most probably due of cross-platform issues. On nixes I think that he must 'speak' with X server to get either directly the image either the coordinates of the active window and after that to take a screenshot internally and crop @ coordinates after.
