There is a feature in XnView Classic which allows users to generate multi-page files (see Create | Multi-Page File) which isn't yet implemented in XnView MP.
However this feature can be much easier implemented than one thinks.
...and also in a much more powerful way!
Just add a single checkbox.
See here:
When the highlighted checkbox will be checked and a compatible output format is chosen, the Batch Convert will generate just one output file having as pages the processed input images.

As a useful addition to the Batch convert... Output tab -->Yes please, +1
As an implementation of XnView Classic's Create > Multi-Page file... -->Not sure, that would mean performing a batch convert with no Actions, which isn't entirely intuitive...

Exactly this is my proposal: To implement the same functionality from XnView Classic in a better way "as a useful addition to the Batch convert..."
