Currently all the shortcuts to show/hide windows items (e.g. Toolbar, statusbar, informatin, ...) use key combinations with Ctrl + Shift. There's one exception, though: Show/Hide Toolbar. I'd suggest to keep this "tradition" and suggest Ctrl+Shift+Q for showing/hiding the title bar.
Current shortcuts with Ctrl+Shift in alphabetical order:

Ctrl+Shift+A Show text file
Ctrl+Shift+B Show/Hide Status Bar

Ctrl+Shift+P Show/Hide Preview
Ctrl+Shift+T Show/Hide Tool Bar
Ctrl+Shift+V Import clipboard
Ctrl+Shift+W Fit Image to Window
Ctrl+Shift+Tab Previous Tab
