Paint 1.06 Addon with some extras

Hi there,
I often use the Paint 1.06 Addon to clean some scanned pictures with some with rectangles. But sometimes
it would be great if the tool had an eraser to clean freehand with the mouse. Is there a addon
Available for XNView? I know that you can use Paint.net, but this is allready to big for my needs.
Another function I miss - move of the marked part of a picture just a little to the side. Because sometimes
I have pictures not perfect in the centre. I dont want do crob the picture.
To you know such little helper Addon.
