MP 9.32 Win: Sort action does not reset thumb maker

To reproduce:
  • - Settings->Thumbnail->Misc->Create thumbnails for whole folder=Off
    - Show the sorting header
    - Enter a folder with many unthumbed images (enough so that it will take MP a minute or two to complete the thumbs
    - Sort by a field in the header (such as Ratio)
    - The view changes, some thumbs not complete yet
    - MP does not restart thumbing the new view
Apparently MP thumb algorithm does not monitor the sort activity.

Everything about thumbnail generation in 0.33 seems greatly improved, including this bug!
