0.75: File association don't show

Post by kata32 »

Version 0.75 x64, Win 7 Pro x64, UAC disabled
If I click on "Run the File association(s) tool..." nothing appears, also if I run XnViewMP as Administrator.
Anyway how do I reset file associations to their default values for the most used images file format extentions?

@Pierre: Could you please be a bit more precise? Did you make a change or bug fix in XnView?

Yes, but please put 'something' - I recommend a button to open this dialog on Windozes which work in this way. Otherwise we will have a ton of users asking "Why doesn't work?"

As this is no longer a tool in XnViewMP, could the answer be to change the button text to 'Set file associations' or 'File associations' or something similar?

I have to check but from what I remember I had two of three computers which just showed nothing when clicking on the button.
