Toolbar customized buttons/icons are disappearing (v0.76.1)

Hi,

As shown in the recorded screen (https://goo.gl/V34gwk), when I try to change the position of toolbar buttons/icons, the customized buttons/icons are disappearing.

Is it a bug, or is there a workaround to change the position of toolbar buttons/icons without removing anything?
