Configurable popup info for videos

Subject: Video: Popup Info Wrong

Hello:

The popup info for the thumbs "On Hover' is wrong.

Example: If I insert this <b>{Filename}</b>
Then I get File Name + ext. Instead of just the file name. Just on video

where the layout for the tooltip has been defined as:
<b>{Filename}</b><br>{Modified Date} - {Date taken}<br>{Size KB} Kib
