When using any feature, its dialog box appears, covers the picture, but cannot be resized, manipulated, or moved away from the underlying picture. Thus, the viewer cannot witness the edit result when the feature is applied--except on the fringes along the exterior of the dialog box. This bug was noted before, and seemingly corrected in v. 0.83, but has returned this version.
