Hello all:
All of a sudden, I'm having a difficult (impossible) time bringing up XNConvert in Windows 10. No matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall it, I get the same error message...
"The application failed to startr because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "windows.".
Available platform plugins are: windows.
Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
I'm at wit's end about this because both my XNview and XNViewMP work just fine without any additional error messages.
Again, I've reloaded this a million times.

I'm assuming that you're using the 64-bit version of XnConvert.
Did you download the ZIP archive or the EXE installer?
Compared to XnConvert-win-x64.zip, XnConvert-win-x64.exe is missing the following files:

- xnview.exe.manifest
- Visual C++ Redistributable Packages.website
- language\xnview_ca.qm
- language\xnview_il.qm
- language\xnview_tr.qm
- language\xnview_uk.qm
- plugins\imageformats\qjpeg.dll
- plugins\imageformats\qtiff.dll
