Re: problem to convert pdf --> jpeg
You have Ghostscript x32 installed for XnConvert x32, or Ghostscript x64 installed for XnConvert x64?
You could try selecting Settings tab > Load format settings > PS/PDF -- Ignore read errors ...

Re: problem to convert pdf --> jpeg
It's Ghistscript x64 for XnConvert x64.
I'm working on Windows Server 2012R2.
I tried to do that but nothing changed.

Are you able to upload the file, or another that doesn't open, current forum attachment size limit 2MiB..thomasz wrote:It's Ghostscript x64 for XnConvert x64.

You might also try installing a slightly earlier version of Ghostscript, a bit of a pain, as there has been some suspicion of a version issue once or twice recently...

Re: problem to convert pdf --> jpeg
Well, your file opens for me on Windows 7 SP1 x64, using XnConvert 1.71 x32 ZIP and Ghostcript 9.15 x32, and without Ignore read errors selected :
I'm not immediately sure what inference you can make from that, but it gives you a basis for further experimentation and also a possible workaround...
Edit:
If you discover anything, interesting could you please report back...

I realize that the following information is not about reading/loading PDF files, but perhaps it helps thomasz narrow things down.
Ghostscript v9.18 Release Summary wrote:The "ghostpdl.inf" file, provided to simplify installing a Postscript printer configure to produce output to suit Ghostscript's "pdfwrite" device is now available as a digitally signed version: "ghostpdl.cat".
