Hello!
I using MP - Version 0.78 x64 (Jan 12 2016)
And when I add transparent PNG as watermark (see settings in screenshot) to PNG source file I have strange rectangle in result file (see attach)
I thing something wrong with transparent PNG - XnView not correctly operate with png source file, please check it.
Special for test I convert sounrce image from PNG to JPG and add watermark to converted file. In this case everything is ok.
Problem with any "Opacity" in watermark settiings.
Problem only for PNG as source!
I hope it's really bug...

Now I will check XnView program - maybe this bug only for MP...

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 0.79 or later. Could you please try and confirm the bug fix, Pekkonen?
