Refresh issues in preview and browser fullscreen

Refresh doesn't work in preview (but it works for thumbnail), it doesn't work also in browser fullscreen, looks like refresh shortcuts are even not implemented there.

OK, so it will be suggestion...

However, I think both fullscreen modes should be the same and it works in edit fullscreen, but not in browser fullscreen.
