Fullscreen information - auto-hide

Post by Dreamer »

Implemented:

1st suggestion - add "Show information" to RMB menu in fullscreen - it would be very useful - not everyone knows about the "I" hotkey (I discover it right now, when I wanted to add a suggestion for it)

2nd suggestion - auto-hide fullscreen information - show for x seconds, then hide and show if mouse is moved - but don't show it even if I switch to the next image - even with a mouse - show it if mouse is moved only.

It would be great if it would be independent on (already requested) "Mouse cursor auto-hide" (independent number of seconds till hide).

Thank you!

Good suggestion, I'd like to have that, too.

The idea is good, but so many hide/unhide conditions? Also I think clicking without moving at all is difficult.

Note: Before implementing this one, hiding / unhiding the mouse cursor while playing videos should be made available.

Not too many - just hide if mouse is not moved for x (4) seconds and show if mouse is moved (maybe, if possible, not if mouse is moved just little bit / few dpi...)

But I agree that it could be confusing, possible solution:

Show informations if I go up with mouse cursor (if I hit top of the screen)

Yes, I agree, auto-hide mouse cursor, but not just for videos, mouse cursor is needed for RMB context menu too...

What about this?

At least 1st feature would be useful and easy to implement.

Cursor autohide problems should be fixed, so what about that?
