BMP with 32bit is not working

Hello...i have a screencapureprogramm and this one makes capture with 32bit BMP.

Wenn i load this BMP and change it to JPG or GIF it always saves a blanck withe image with 3-6kb size !

What am i doing wrong with xnview 1.93.4 german version ?

You can try this (with v1.93.6):
Enable option/General/Ignore alpha channel

I upgrade to 1.93.6 , but still the same problem here.

I can solve it only if i make screenshoot and then include the clipboard into good-old windows paint and save it. (this will save the image as 24bit)...then i can work with it in xnview...

Hmmm i will downgrade to 1.91, i read here, there was no problems like this.

Your bmp file has a bad alpha channel.
You can enable option/general/Ignore alpha channel
