Strange, i have not changed fullscreen, you have not this problem in 1.94.2?
Pierre.

I think in 1.94.2 it worked correctly.xnview wrote:Strange, i have not changed fullscreen, you have not this problem in 1.94.2?
Here http://winfuture.de/news,43172.html a guy (brunner.a) also confirmed the problem in 1.95.2:
seit der Version 1.95 wird blöderweise auch im Vollbildmodus immer die Taskleiste unten mit angezeigt, sieht sehr unschön aus. Weis nicht wozu das gut sein soll. Seit dem benutze ich es nicht mehr.
FIXED (1.95.3)

On my Vista system I can reproduce this effect - partly. I have the viewer maximized (menus and taskbar visible), then hit F11. The menus etc vanish, the typical black fullscreen view shows up - but the taskbar stays visible for about one second, then vanishes too.
This has definitely not been there with previous versions including the two testversions, as I checked this right before I updated to 1.952.
And with other graphics cards or drivers I can imagine that the taskbar will not vanish at all...

This was the behaviour I had with 1.94 I think. But now in 1.95.2 it even doesn't vanish after that 1 second delay.pic_viewer wrote:I have the viewer maximized (menus and taskbar visible), then hit F11. Same problem here.
Same problem for me on XP Pro SP3, as I reported here..
First version with this issue is 1.95.1 for me, but 1.95.2 does the same.

I've only fix problem with dual monitor.Dstruct wrote:Are you sure?xnview wrote:Strange, i have not changed fullscreen

So F11 in view mode or F11 in browser mode, it's the same problem??
Pierre.

Yes, as I've already confirmed.xnview wrote:I've only fix problem with dual monitor.

I never said that I'm working on single monitor. I have a dual monitor setup! XnView is (just) running on the primary monitor ...

Re: Viewer: Fullscreen F11 doesn't hide the Taskbar anymore
I can fully confirm this on my Vista notebook. With only one display I get the behaviour I described above (delayed vanishing of the taskbar). With two displays but XnView set to use only one monitor the taskbar does not vanish at all.Dstruct wrote:Yes, as I've already confirmed.xnview wrote:I've only fix problem with dual monitor.
