0.99.1 x64: HEIC viewing stops working

Hi!

It seems that HEIF support was broken since XnViewMP 0.99.0
It does not show neither preview nor image now.
XnViewMP 0.98.4 shows such images correctly.

Tried on Windows7 SP1 x64 and Windows10 x64, the same result.
Didn't try x86 version.

The HEIC images considered were taken on Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Can't attach an example HEIC image as it has unsupported extension, and zipped file was considered too large (3163 KB),
so here is this file on a cloud.

No problem here to load it. Do you have heif/libde265/lix265 in plugins folder?

Same problem here after the update to 0.99.1 x64, all HEIC files do no open.
all 3 dlls are in the plugins folder

With XnView MP, comand line must be unicode not ansi

Nope, update: it's not about ANSI/UNICODE command line

The app simply never opens a HEIC file if its name/path contains characters other than ANSI.

Open fine any jpg/png though with the same international characters! Major bug, no support of Unicode paths for HEIC files.
