XnView: MP 0.99.1 64bits (Sep 23 2021)
OS: Windows 10 64bit
Libformat version 7.95
Case #1 - When exporting portrait *.ARW file(s) as *.jpg with no other actions, the file displays properly in the XnView MP "before" and "after" preview, but the exported file is not properly rotated, the exported *.jpg file is landscape instead of portrait.
Case #2 - When exporting portrait *.ARW file(s) as *.jpg with the action "Rotate - EXIF Orientation" enabled and the action "Automatic Levels" enabled, the file displays properly in the XnView MP "before" and "after" preview, but the exported file is not properly rotated, the exported *.jpg file is landscape instead of portrait.
Case #3 - When exporting portrait *.ARW file(s) as *.jpg with the action "Rotate - Angle" enabled and the action "Automatic Levels" enabled, the file displays INCORRECTLY in the XnView MP "before" and "after" preview, but the exported *.jpg IS properly rotated.
Effect: Exported *.jpg is not always exported in same rotation displayed in the "after" preview
To reproduce:
1. Open a portrait *.ARW locally (Sony raw file, i.e. from a Sony A7siii - see https://www.photographyblog.com/preview ... iii_photos )
2. See Case 1, 2, 3 above
Actual behavior (bug): The exported file rotation does NOT match the "after" preview orientation.

Expected behavior: The exported file rotation SHOULD match the "after" preview orientation
********UPDATE 2021-10-28 - NOTE: Case #1,2,3 are NOT an issue (i.e. The exported file rotation does match the "after" preview orientation) in XnView: MP 0.99.0 64bits (Sep 16 2021) - See https://download.xnview.com/old_version ... in-x64.exe , therefore I predict that the bug will be found by differencing 0.99.0 and 0.99.1 and studying the changes.
Thank you!
Sincerely,
