1.3.1: Keyboard shortcut "ALT + ENTER" doesn't work in Browser

OS: Windows 11 Pro 22H2 - 64-bit

Keyboard shortcut "ALT + ENTER" doesn't work in Browser.

Effect: Nothing happens when pressing "ALT + ENTER" in Browser

To reproduce:

1. Browse a folder.
2. Select an image file.
3. Press keyboard shortcut "ALT + ENTER".

Actual behaviour (bug): Nothing happens

Expected behaviour: Pressing "ALT + ENTER" should pop up the properties.

Just found out what you mean. And you are right. Pressing "ALT + ENTER (NUM PAD)" opens the file properties in the browser. But in the image view, you have to press "ALT + ENTER (Non NUM PAD)" to open the EXIF information. Pressing "ALT + ENTER (NUM PAD)" here quits the image view.

Is this a bug or a feature?

Actually, I don't know what should be fixed ...
The only thing I recognize is that pressing "ALT + ENTER (NUM PAD)" in the image view doesn't quit the image view anymore in v1.4.0.

Other things are still the same ...

• Pressing "ALT + ENTER (NUM PAD)" while selecting an image in the browser, opens the file properties.
• Pressing "ALT + ENTER (Non NUM PAD)" in the image view, opens the EXIF information.

If that's what should be fixed, then I can confirm from here.

I never changed the keyboard shortcuts. But after resetting keyboard shortcuts to default, I'm now able to use ALT+ENTER (NUMPAD) only, to show file properties in browser view and EXIF information in image view.

Bonjour,

ça fait longtemps que j'ai le problème avec ce(s) raccourci(s) pour éditer/voir les propriétés/métadonnées visibles/éditables sous Windows.

fut un temps où j'ai bidouillé le fichier des paramètres dans default.keys
pour [View] et [Browser] :
cmd_properties Alt+Enter et cmd_properties Alt+Return

Dans l'explorateur Windows : Alt+Enter et Alt+Return ont le même effet (voir (et modifier là où c'est possible) les propriétés du fichier)
ce serait chouette si dans XnViewMP, que ce soit dans l'explorateur ou dans le viewer les 2 (Alt+"entrée ou retour du pavé numérique et du clavier") aient le même effet.
