Can't convert file with Japanese filename to JPEG XL

Hello, i have problem convert image to jpeg xl when the filename is containing japanese character. Is seems the problem only for jpeg xl, other format is seems working fine.

XnView: MP 1.3.1 - 64 bit and older
Windows 10 and Windows 11 64bit
Intel gen 12 H series

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.4.0. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
