Re: 1.98.2 "Problem with JPEG"

hum, it's not the same problem. It's a memory problem i think. Which size of pictures do you use, and which collage? I made a canvas about 10,000 x 7,000 pixels and started copy/pasting parts of other pictures in it. I planned to shrink the canvas in the end to a manageable size, but XnView crashes...

Re: Complete List of Command Line Options?

... FI: Now you can (even with MP_0.66)... ;-) http://newsgroup.xnview.com/viewtopic.php?p=119382#p119382 No, sorry, doesn't work for me. Are you sure, we're talking about the same thing? What I'd like to see is this: I use XnView for making occasional screenshots. To be prepared, when I log in, I ...

Re: Complete List of Command Line Options?

xnview wrote:currently you can't make multiple capture...
So, what you really want to say is, that this feature won't be implemented at all in the future...?

Cheers, Farbauti.

Re: 1.98.2 "Problem with JPEG"

right, the problem is with big XMP data... And how can this be resolved? I have problems with large pictures, too. I use XnView 2.22 currently, and when I expand the canvas to make some (really simple) picture collages, either XnView stops responding at all, or when I'm finished and want to save th...

Re: Complete List of Command Line Options?

No answer from the developers is disappointing.

I still love the tool, but I'm in need of a command line that would start xnview automatically in capture mode with
- multiple captures option
- include cursor
- dest. dir
- screenshot filenames with date-time tag

:-(

Re: Complete List of Command Line Options?

Is "Command line help" dialog in XnView what you are looking for? You open it using menu "Info > Command line help". Not quite. It does show the options (e.g. "-capture") but not the available parameters (e.g. "=desktop,d:\screenshot_$.ext") and their meaning. Furthermore I'd like to have even more...

Complete List of Command Line Options?

Hello there, I like and use XnView a lot. But I cannot find a complete list of command line options. Unfortunately a xnview.exe -? (or -help or /? or /help ) is not implemented. One thing I want to achieve is building a shortcut that starts XnView in capture mode. Yes, I know there is this nice post...

Jetzt funktioniert alles.

Merci beaucoup ! :)

Salut, Farbauti.

Use of 2nd display/monitor cannot be disabled!

Hello there, I'm using XnView 1.97.8 on Win XP SP3. For some time I found it quite nice to have the XnView browser on one monitor and a fullscreen preview on my 2nd one. Now I want to disable this feature, but XnView won't let me! I can uncheck the Options>view>fullscreen>Dual Monitor,Use second mon...

Wanted: GPS Support

Hello there, no need to say that I love XnView. I use this tool a lot (and already made a donation  ) I'm experimenting with embedded GPS data in the EXIF data right now. Adding the GPS data works well (with other tools) but there is no support in XnView. Now, what I really love to see is: A f...
