Thanks again Pierre!! You are awesome!! I recently installed the latest versions of 64 bit XnViewMP 0.69 and XnView Shell Extension 3.5.0. I'm delightfully pleased that now it recognizes all of the different video types I've come across so far.

Okay, thanks for replying. I uninstalled and installed the new versions. So far, all is well. BTW, I saw it updating the database.

The other extensions and add-ons you mentioned don't have to be disabled. Just close ...
