auto-save

auto-save a la vim. so often i've captured many screen-shots (that i have yet to save) in xnview only to have my operating system crash (not due to xnview) and thus end up losing all of my screen-shots. the feature (which would be an optional setting) would have xnview auto-save (untitled-00, untitl...

Re: file associations - add all

Ok, they are added but all extensions are not added huh? could you restate that? i don't understand "they are added but all extensions are not added". it reads like a contradiction to me. I means that some extension are not added for conflict system so, are you saying that the "Sun Rasterfile" (ras...

Re: Inconvenient

I must say that I don't like too much the idea of adding an option for this: those users will happen to manipulate files through Windows Explorer and/or XnView and will be confused if they behave differently. this is why i suggested it be an optional setting. the default setting would be the standa...

this would be a great enhancement.

two important (to me) workflow options

EDIT: i suspect the 'Requests & Suggestions' sub-forum would be a better place for this post. could some move it there? hi all, i'd like to propose two additional options be implemented in xnview. these options will be a boon for particular workflows (like mine :-) one: switch D&D (-/+ Ctrl) behavi...

any way to switch this behavior? meaning the default clicking and dragging results in a copy and '+ Ctrl' results in a move?
