In my case, yes. I use XnView to look at scans from old magazines. With previous versions I used to set zoom to 100%, then lock zoom and look at the files / pages one by one. Yes but that only works when "lock zoom" is disabled here. If I want to keep a certain zoom level (e.g. 100%) it won't work.
