Sorry, it's not a bug.
I just see that there is a recurcive box and it's not checked !!
The problem is that i have selected the folder to display in recurcive mode and all the thumbnails are displayed for all files in all sub-directories, the quick search find immediatly the correct file. So i think ...

First i select the folder contening the tag "Justin". The screenshot is "capture d'écran 1.jpg"
Then, the same search on the parent folder open in recursive mode. File "capure d'écran 2.jpg".
Note that there are no images in that parent folder.

I copy the image in that parent folder and the search ...

I select a folder to view all files recursively.
Then using the quick search i retreive all files contening my request in any IPTC tags and in any sub-folder.
But using normal seach (ctrl-F) to choose what kind of IPTC tags i want to search XnView return no files.
