1) insert an image from the clipboard ( CTRL+SHIFT+V )

2) insert multiple images on top of existing ( CTRL+V , CTRL+V , CTRL+V ... )

3) cancel the insertion of all images ( CTRL+Z , CTRL+Z , CTRL+Z ... )

4) get bug report
