so is there any way to use "high quality zoom - enlarge" with fullscreen view?

turns out i had "high quality zoom - enlarge" enabled
without it would be the same as fullscreen

why is it when i zoom in the viewer (double click) the quality is better than when i zoom in fullscreen (middle click)?
they are smooth in viewer but in fullscreen the images appear pixelated and blocky. is there any way to make zooming in fullscreen the same quality as in ...
